Tum Dil ki dhadkan is one of the most famous songs to date, from the movie Dhadkan, released on 11 August 2000. Dhadkan is a 2000’s Indian Hindi language movie with a romantic drama. Directed by Dharmesh Darshan and produced by Ratan Jain. The roles are performed by Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty, Suniel Shetty, and Mahima Chaudhry.

Dharmesh darshan is an director, writer and film maker in Bollywood Film industry and one of his best and awarded movie and also selected for 11 nomination is one and only Dhadkan. For that he also got the award of best director.

This movie is about an unsuccessful love story of Anjali Chauhan ( Shilpa Shetty) and Dev Chopra ( Suniel Shetty ). Where Anjali is a young woman from a rich family and Dev is from a poor family. They both love each other.

They both want to marry each other. One day Anjali took Dev to her home to speak about their love with her father, but because of Deb’s bad behavior, they rejected it. Thus, Anjali too then leaves him.

After this Anjali’s parents fixed her marriage with a religious guy name Rambhan Verma(Akshay Kumar). After 3 years When Anjali is happy in her marriage life, suddenly Dev enters and she gets disturbed. So, then she speaks up to Dev that she is deeply in love with Ramban. Dev gets hurt so he decided to ruin Ram. Later, Ram’s life gets disturbed because Dev, Anjali begged Dev to move on from her life as she was pregnant. Dev happily moved on.
